PART 1: Intro to the Diabolo: Basic starts, handling, rotation, axle correction, tricks around the body, with and w/out handsticks, the "whip" and numerous others. 50 min.

PART 2: Advanced Diabolo Techniques with 2 and 3 Diabolos: Covers much of the same ground as PART 1, but with 2 and 3 diabolos. Also adds challenges and games.
