Order Pickups: If you live in New York City or you are going to be in town, orders can be brought from our warehouse for pickup in lower Manhattan. For online orders, select the pickup option at checkout. For phone orders, call us at 212-941-0060. We will arrange a convenient time for you to pickup.

Payment: You may pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Dube Gift Certificate. We also accept checks, money orders.

International Orders (including Canada): There may be duties on international orders. Duties will be levied by your destination country. We cannot tell you in advance what these charges may be.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: Brian Dubé, Inc. warrants all products against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Any product that proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our option, at no charge if returned to our factory. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or failure due to accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
