Returns & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, return the item (in new condition) within 30 days for a refund or exchange – your choice. Return to our warehouse: Brian Dube Inc., c/o CubeSmart, 3131 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY 10303.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

For exchanges, your new items will be shipped at no cost to you. For international orders, you will need to pay for return shipping to and from the United States.

Please ship prepaid. Do not use newspaper for packing material, some products can be permanently stained by the ink. Enclose a copy of your original sales receipt if possible or a note containing your name, phone number, shipping address. Include any relevant information regarding reason for return or items for exchange.

European Clubs, Phatboyz Clubs, Custom Torches and Helix Devil Sticks are custom made-to-order items and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any made-to-order product which has a manufacturing defect(s) are returnable for repair or replacement at our discretion. **Please note: All sale items marked "clearance" or "discontinued" are FINAL SALE and not returnable**
