Official Rules
No purchase is necessary to enter the DUBE JUGGLING BIG SUMMER SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Sweepstakes entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of the United States, be at least 18 years old at time of entry and have access to the internet to be eligible. One entry per person. All entries must be received between July 15 and September 1, 2009.
To enter, you must submit all required information asked for on the entry form. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants are agreeing to receive email communications from Brian Dubé, Inc.
All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
Employees of Brian Dubé, Inc., all distributors, retailers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, each winner grants to Brian Dubé, Inc. the right to publish the Sweepstakes entrant's name, city, state.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or after September 1, 2009. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, such potential winner forfeits all rights to receive the prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected from a new random drawing. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, such individual will be declared a “winner.” Gift certificates will then be sent via email to the winners. As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, each winner grants to Brian Dubé, Inc. the right to publish the Sweepstakes entrant's name, city, state.
